2025 Annual Meeting Registration

The annual meeting will be held in person June 19-21, 2025 at Bluffton University, Bluffton, Ohio. Delegate sessions may be joined via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to registrants after they register. Registration for children K-12 is $25/child, children 0-4 are free.

Some things to note:

• Meals are available in The Commons (Marbeck Center) for all participants. Meals must be pre-purchased. No walk-ins. Prices are listed on the registration form.
• All children participating in the children’s programming must have a signed medical release form. More information and forms are available HERE.
• Lodging: Bluffton University is offering lodging on campus in Ramseyer Hall, which is air conditioned. Lodging for children housed in the same room with parents is free. The lodging fee is $40 per person/per night. There are two twin beds in each room. There is one shared bathroom in each hall. The room fee includes linens. You can see the layout HERE. • If you have any accessibility needs that we should be aware of, please share them on the registration form. Please be as specific as you can.
• Early registration ends on June 5. After June 5, registration fees increase.
• Please note that the registration form is broken into sections to make it easier to attend to the various components. When you complete a section, please hit the NEXT button on the bottom left of the page.
