2025 Annual Meeting Registration

The annual meeting will be held in person June 19-21, 2025 at Bluffton University, Bluffton, Ohio. Delegate sessions may be joined via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to registrants after they register. Registration for children K-12 is $25/child, children 0-4 are free.

Some things to note:

  • Meals are available in The Commons (Marbeck Center) for all participants. Meals must be pre-purchased. No walk-ins. Prices are listed on the registration form.
  • All children participating in the children’s programming must have a signed medical release form. More information and forms are available HERE.
  • Lodging: Bluffton University is offering lodging on campus in Ramseyer Hall, which is air conditioned. Lodging for children housed in the same room with parents is free. The lodging fee is $40 per person/per night. There are two twin beds in each room. There is one shared bathroom in each hall. The room fee includes linens. You can see the layout HERE. If you prefer to choose your own lodging, HERE is a list of available lodging in the Bluffton area.
  • If you have any accessibility needs that we should be aware of, please share them on the registration form. Please be as specific as you can.
  • Early registration ends on June 5. After June 5, registration fees increase.
  • Please note that the registration form is broken into sections to make it easier to attend to the various components. When you complete a section, please hit the NEXT button on the bottom left of the page.
