In just a couple months, the 2025 Central District Conference annual meeting will meet June 19-21, 2025 in Bluffton, Ohio at Bluffton University, 1 University Dr, Bluffton, OH 45817. The theme of Listen! Wisdom is Calling will be the focus for our time together. In order to help us plan and to get delegate action items out to delegates in a timely manner, we request that each congregation fill out and return a delegate report form by May 1.
Each congregation, no matter how small the congregation, is invited to send at least two delegates to the annual meeting . Congregations with more than 30 active participants are invited to send one delegate for every thirty active participants or fraction thereof. In addition, every congregation belonging to CDC may appoint one senior high school age youth delegate who is an active participant of the congregation and youth group. Congregations are encouraged to have full delegate strength present at the annual meeting
