The annual meeting will be held in person June 25-27, 2026 at Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, Virginia. Registration for children K-12 is $25/child, children 0-4 are free.
Some things to note:
- Meals are available in The Dining Hall for all participants. Meals must be pre-purchased. No walk-ins. Prices are listed on the registration form.
- All children participating in the children’s programming must have a signed medical release form. More information and forms are available HERE.
- Lodging: There is no lodging available on campus. HERE is a list of area accommodations.
- If you have any accessibility needs that we should be aware of, please share them on the registration form. Please be as specific as you can.
- Early registration ends on May 31. After May 31, registration fees increase.
- Please note that the registration form is broken into sections to make it easier to attend to the various components. When you complete a section, please hit the NEXT button on the bottom left of the page.
