Annual Meeting Registration

The annual meeting will be held in person June 20-22, 2024 at Goshen College, College Mennonite Church. We are also offering the opportunity for folks to join worship live via Goshen College’s livestream at goshen.edu/news/live-stream/. Delegate sessions may be joined via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to registrants after they register. Registration for children K-12 is $15/child, children 0-4 are free.

Some things to note:

  • Lunch and Dinner are available in the Union Dining Hall for all participants. Meals must be pre-purchased. No walk-ins. Breakfast is available to those lodging on campus. Prices are listed on the registration form.
  • All children participating in the children’s programming must have a signed medical release form. More information and forms are available HERE.
  • Goshen College is offering lodging on campus in the Octavio Romero Student Apartments, which are air conditioned. Lodging for children housed in the same room with parents is free. The lodging fee is $40 per bedroom/per night OR $160.00 per apartment/per night. There are four bedrooms (one twin in each room) and two baths in each apartment. The room fee includes linens.   • If you have any accessibility needs that we should be aware of, please share them on the registration form. Please be as specific as you can.
  • Please note that the registration form is broken into sections to make it easier to attend to the various components. When you complete a section, please hit the NEXT button on the bottom left of the page.
