Annual Meeting Registration

Each infant thru age 4 child needs to have a signed Medical Release Form on file before we can care for them. Each K-12 child need to have a signed Medical Release and Field Trip Permission Form on file before the child may participate in children's activities. The form may be sent to the conference office or turned in at the registration table on site. The registration fee is $15/K-12 child ($25/child after June 10). There is no registration fee for Infants - age 4. See website for schedules, and to download forms

Meals available on campus include Friday breakfast, Friday lunch, Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast. Prices are below. For those not wanting to eat on campus, there is a list of local restaurants in the delegate packet.

LODGING AT GOSHEN COLLEGE: Goshen College is offering lodging on campus in the Octavio Romero Student Apartments, which are air conditioned. Lodging for children housed in the same room with parents is free. The lodging fee is $35 per bed/night OR $140.00 per apartment/per night. Includes a linen package for each bed (towel set, bed linens, pillow & blanket) Apartment suites vary in layouts.
